Food was spot on. Really enjoyed it.
Great service and lovely and clean.

Very cosy place with lovley food. Reccomend the steak as its cooked to perfection. Great music played here too to add to the chilled vibe.

We had a 80th birthday celebration here and what a lovely place. Staff all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us.
Food all came out together and hot. Beautiful meals and all plates empty.
We would all return again.

We had great tasting meals today. I had lamb shank with mustard seed mash and vegetables and G had the steak with peppercorn sauce. Amazing desserts as well. Well done to the chef and to the lady who served us

Lovely meal last night at the railway tavern (2o/10/22) went for a family birthday, everyone enthused about the meal and would definitely go again special mention to Ellis ourhost for the evening .great job👍

Went for Sunday lunch with my family beef dinner - one of the best I’ve had in a long long time !!
Plenty of fresh cooked vegetables, added the cauliflower cheese ( to die for )
Proper beef gravy - Lamb shanks very tasty
5 star service 5 star food really nice relaxed atmosphere too

Nice venue, clean decor and spacious. Staff are excellently trained and friendly. Attentive but not up in your grille. Good selection of drinks. Food is about medium pricey but definitely good quality. Fries were delicious, steak cooked perfect rare and seasoned properly. Peppercorn sauce (on the side) was beautiful. I was under the impression it was a franchise establishment, but the kitchen at least seems to be ran almost independently. Well worth a visit. Thanks guys.

Visited here on a Friday evening and even after a computer error while ordering our food, I have to say the service and the food was absolutely outstanding. Staff very attentive and apologetic over a minor error. Great selection of beers on draught and would highly recommend the burgers, will definitely be returning.
