Food claims to be freshly cooked, it is dried packet mix rice and frozen curry which tastes awful and they charge £7 for it. Don't go thete for food it's horrible!

Well I've never been so embarrassed in all my life I've got a medical problem I've been to this pub a few times, I've always asked if I can use the toilet and she said yes but this time I went in and no one was in bar I could not hold it any longer there would of been a puddle on floor I came out side and the woman was smoking then proceeded to insult me and embarrass me in front of other customers telling me off about use the toilet as I'm not allowed when I would've asked if she was in the pub. I did explain I had a medical condition however telling me off in front of other customers was insulting and belittling.would of been better if she took me away from the men and quietly said something but I did look for someone inside over places have been amazen and understanding about it and to woman to woman I thought she'd understand me and I do like this little pub as I no the dj Karl and I take my austic daughter there just a thank you to Costa staff who seen how upset I was as this is so upset me I have got a card saying I can't wait for medical reasons

Staff was very welcoming. Horse and Jockey felt very homely with original fittings. Cosy and warm place to have a quiet drink and chat.

Had a pint there yesterday the wrong gas was put on the fosters the staff had no manners and the lady who changed the glass was using foal language.not my best experience of the jockey tbh.
