Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.
But Quite a few tables reserved. We just managed to get a table and it was quite early evening 😕
Quite surprised they allow reservations As it is a small restaurant . Quite a few people were turned away as tables were reserved for later in the evening, one group had 8 people - dont think this is good Business. 🤔 Worth noting get in early or reserve.
Food was beautiful and the onion rings are huge😁 worth the wait.

Meal was very tasty, thick and flaky fish, well cooked chips. Lovely interior with upstairs restaurant and large balcony overlooking the sea. Outside patio was basic and next to the road but also right by the sea. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dogs allowed downstairs.
I thought the lunch menu was expensive, the portions were large but not everyone wants a meal at lunchtime. We asked could we order children's meals and were told we could which was just right, otherwise we'd have ordered a meal between us. Maybe the menu could state children's meals/light bites at lunchtime.
Still the best fish and chips I've had for a while, thank you.

The building next to this pub was boarded up and we weren't sure whether it was open or not, but on entering we found it to be clean and nicely decorated; with friendly bar staff. We only stayed for one drink but they did have an extensive menu which looked delicious. I would recommenf

What a lovely and friendly place. The decor is super in the restaurant and tables spaced out. All had candles lit on them.
The food was great and the service very quick. Thank you.
It is such a shame that they are on restrictions for opening due to time of year.
If you are in the area l really recommend xxx

Menu was typical pub food (scampi, fish&chips, curry, pie, gammon etc) but all were *really* good examples of their type.

Popped in for Sunday Lunch. Staff very friendly. Sunday lunch was very tasty homemade. Great choice. Plenty of fresh vegetables. Definitely will be back.
