The Cottage, Montgomery

A lovely cosy and welcoming place to visit for a relaxing drink or several. Some delicious beers, including two great gluten free ones, Dark Secret a lovely rich and rounded stout, and Masquerade, a lighter and very smooth and refreshing ale. So good that you wouldn't even know that they're gluten free.

What a lovely place, such a nice village gem, beer as one would expect to die for and a test brewery through the window.

Wonderful tasty beers. Very charming staff who offered tasters and explained the background of the pub and brewery. They were obviously very passionate and knowledgeable about what they were serving.Tasted most of the beers on offer and would rate them as very good to excellent.
A very enjoyable couple of hours spent there.

Its was quite simply a very charming, cosy pub with fantastic staff. We were able to sample the beers before deciding on the ones we preferred. We also had a chance to try Monty's Gin. Even the non gin drinking elements of our group enjoyed that! All in all, a wonderful place to pass an hour or two!

Friendly staff, high quality beers and a nice garden. If the weather is nice, you should definitely stop off. Best of all, for those who are driving and would like a beer, they serve a very tasty 2.8% ale. Perfect!

This is a place that is really friendly and the beer is excellent the bar staff are more than willing to accommodate your every need and if you like can have 3 third of pints to sample which one is to your taste would highly recommend
