Very old pub with friendly bar staff and good beer. 3 rooms to enjoy a beer or two and an outside area with partial cover. Great location in one of Worcester's nicer streets. Note each of the bar rooms are quite small and it gets very busy at popular times although near empty when we dropped on on a Bank Holiday Monday afternoon. I like this pub.

Very nice independent pub. Atmosphere with a sprinkle of history in those small bar and snug areas with an ample outside seating in the sun. Staff friendly and informative. Interesting menu and twist on the ploughman's lunch. Snug wall panelled and quirky seating with access to atmospheric corridor to other small rooms plus bar. Overall worth a visit for Interesting menu plus the beer on tap.

If you like old pubs then you have to visit here. A good selection of ales and beers. It's quite a small pub but has little rooms and the outside area at the back has lots of seating. A limited menu of pies available and I can't comment on the rooms as I've not stayed there. One of my favourite pubs in Worcester.

About really good old style pub in Worcester with a number of small cosy rooms. Good choice of beers and real ales.

A real gem! Beautiful rooms in a really stunning old building and the breakfast hampers are delightful! Don't miss out on the pies either, unbelievable! Really lovely staff, can't wait to come back again!

Fantastic place to stay for the odd night out in Worcester...
Very clean room and amenities...
Lost a star as pillows were a little too filled for my comfort so the spare bath towel did the trick...
Service was fantastic and couldn't fault location...

A cosy, old-fashioned and friendly English pub with a good atmosphere, in historic Friar Street. Lots of craft beers, ciders and lagers and plenty of spirits to choose from. Good choice of bar snacks, too.

Lovely quirky hotel/pub in the heart of Worcester. Excellent breakfast hamper. The only slight downside was lateish check in time of 4pm... Would have preferred earlier.
