Lovely room, Heidi was superb and her breakfast was too. Dinners good. Staff excellent. We didn't have time to finish our dinner and we had to vacate before we had time to order desert. Other than that it was a lovely stay and our dog Misha loved it.

I’d love to give this more stars as it is a lovely pub. The pizzas are really nice, highly recommended. The prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. However as a place to stay it is not ideal, the room felt very fragile and rickety and there is a lot of traffic noise from very early in the morning. Couldn’t shut the window as it was so hot.

Beautiful historic building. Great rooms and furniture, good bed. Large and lovely bathroom. Very quiet at night despite being next to a road. Only thing we heard was an owl. Very helpful and kind staff who all go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Great breakfasts!

Wonderful stay. Exactly what a Inn should be. Me and my team stayed at Oakhill whilst we was working at Glastonbury Festival. Felt like a home from home. We was well and truly looked after and fed ( food exceptional) by Wayne and his team.

Lovely staff and place. Nothing much wrong with the room, only I needed a higher chair to be able to use it. I'm sure if I asked one would have been found. I managed on the bed. Only one night.

Fabulous atmosphere and service for our staff christmas party. Good was outstanding, service prompt, efficient and friendly even though we were a big group and the pub was very busy. Definitely will visit again.

Fitted us in last minute, great house ale, great steak, great homemade peppercorn sauce, great onion rings, great service, great prices. Would absolutely visit again if we were local
