Amazing staff (reception, gym, PT, Physio, literally everyone) - they make you feel so welcomed and valued! Wouldn't change the gym in the million years! Feels like second home when I come here!

Poor maintenance jacuzzi has been broken since mid Aug either cold or dangerously hot, Nuffield can't be bothered to repair!

Last day of the year and the swimming pool is broken again!

Just been today to get some information. Stephanie has been so welcoming and friendly! The centre has a good feeling & atmosphere. Great location too, very green 🌳I cannot wait to go back for my trial !

The gym is in desperate need of an update all over! Needs new equipment, more weights, more than one squat rack, new treadmills etc etc. Ceiling in weight area is too low to do military press. Considering the size of the premises as a whole, it’s disappointing that Nuffield haven’t invested in this gym for a long long time!
If you go to other Nuffields locally (Kingston or Guildford for example) the difference is huge! It makes Farnham look like a £15pm gym.

Swimming pool, sauna etc I haven’t had any issues with since I’ve been a member & are of a good size.

Staff are always helpful and attentive, can’t fault them at all. Whilst I’m being critical of the gym it does suffice but it just doesn’t match up to the price tag

Friendly staff always wants to help, during Covid nice and safe. Easy to book classes. Would highly recommend!

Been a member for a year now. Becoming increasingly disappointed with the place and starting to doubt the value for money. There is quite a limited range of equipment, especially the weights machines. The wi fi has been down for some time and now I am having to pay fees for extra data on my phone.

An utter shambles.
After the pandemic my working situation has changed. I called to cancel my membership as every penny counts atm. I have had to go back and forth with several emails each time asking for different information. With the last email that I received from a duty manager they want to see proof that I have been made redundant, pregnant or seriously ill!! I spoke to try and explain my situation and although it seems managers can send emails they can not talk over the phone about mine. I now await a call from a general manager, I'm not sure if I have to call Steve Gray after that. What a great way to make people feel rubbish from an organisation that claims to support mental well-being. Absolutely disgraceful!!

I haven't even visited this gym however the fact that they will only respond to positive comments says a lot. When you run an organisation I can't only be concerned with the people that are happy with your service, you need to acknowledge and attempt to address all of your customers! POOR SHOW!!!!
