Simply brilliant gym. Been a member here for nearly 15 years. Continually adding new top of the line equipment. Friendly environment. Clean and welcoming.

Great selection of weights, machines and even a bag room. Flexible, easy access, no fuss with no membership requirements. Also inexpensive. Makes it easy to get into the gym.
