Good variety of equipment, well layed out, free parking, classes are good too. PTs don't hassle you and you're left to do your own thing if you so wish. Sauna is very small but that's the only criticism

Love everything about this gym. The staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful. The equipments is top and just the atmosphere makes any other gym feel like it's not good enough

Great gym. Great facilities. Tried Ella's class and it was fab. Tough but Great! She made me feel at ease and her group PTs look fire!!

What a great gym, recently rejoined JD before Christmas after leaving the old JD site a few years ago, what an improvement, loads of space and great equipment to take advantage of, really welcoming staff, Ella has taken time to show me the ropes what a great coach! Highly recommend 👍

Been coming here a while and getting personal training from Ella. My progress has been amazing since I started with her! She’s super friendly and pushes me when I think I can’t any more. 💫

A fantastic new Gym located perfectly near the Docklands at portway in preston, kitted out with the latest/Brand new equipment on 2 levels , brand new changing rooms with Sauna and hot and cold showers . Also some amazing classes included in your membership, and a great staffing team on hand to help with all your fitness needs 👍💪.

Really nice gym. Situated stone throw from Preston docks and around 5-7min drive from city centre. Very spacious with good choice of classes and well equipped. There is sauna and free parking on site. Highly recommended 👌
