Fitness+ Ladies Studio

I have been a member of this gym since it opened in January and have loved every minute of each workout. The meal plans are great, easy to follow and enjoyable real food. I love the fact that it is ladies only as I have always felt intimidated in regular gyms in the past. The appointment system is great too as you get more of a personal service and no hanging around waiting for equipment.

Joining this gym has been the best thing I've done in a long time. I have lost half a stone and over 7 inches with the benefit of one-to-one instruction from a most able trainer. Another great health boost is that my blood pressure has dropped from high to normal and I don't get breathless when walking fast any more.

I also joined the diet plan and the meals are both healthy and delicious.

The appointment system is a great idea - previously I have been to gyms where I have had to wait to use equipment, whereas here there is a flow to the exercising. There are also so many activities to participate in and I always have fun and a good laugh. I look forward to the next session.

I would strongly recommend any lady out there to come along and see for yourself what Donna has to offer.
