Came with my sister and her boyfriend on a guest pass. Absolutely stunning!
We got here early to use the spa facilities and it's so relaxing. The hydropool, the steam rooms, the hot stone seats. So much opportunity to relax and chill.
Came out feeling calm and ready for a wee nap! Helped with my husband's sore shoulder and aches, he was much more relaxed and painfree after.

Also decided to have a breakfast. I had the smoked salmon and scrambled egg (apologies no photos as I was so hungry and ate it so quickly!) And the matcha smoothie, absolutely delicious!!
My husband had the steak and eggs and ate the lot, he was in heaven!
Food, amenities and staff were great. If I lived in Birmingham, I would sign up as the facilities are fantastic!

A very relaxing gym with a fantastic range of equipment. The Spa is great - especially the lavender and orange scented steam room...so so relaxing. The virtual boxing training set-up is great too. There's also plenty of parking.

Clean and easy to access. Great pools for children and all weather options - outdoor heated pool. Gym is really well equipped with lots of space and a great amount of machines so it never feels busy. Lovely cafe with delicious food and great drink options where you can order through the app. Opening times are really suitable for working parents/shift workers etc. Parking is always easy and accessible. The kids crèche is such a niche useful thing which is one of the big reasons we signed up. Lots of clubs for the kids as they grow up. Such a variety of classes and extras available to book through the app.

Awful reception staff are snobby and unaccommodating. Totally unreasonable and unable to use basic deductive skills meaning an overall hostile atmosphere making you feel unwanted. To put it simply the staff were unhelpful and quite frankly rude. Would not recommend!

A large private fitness centre with an indoor and outdoor (heated) 25m pool. There is also a smaller shallow pool suitable for small children to play in.
Towels are available for swimmers.
There is a large cafe area where food and drinks can be ordered.
The car park is large and barrier controlled.

Clean , modern , and helpful staff ! Have enjoyed the trips from using the gym or having a coffee and getting some work done.

Great staff and facilities. 25m swimming pool, Gym and Tennis (indoor and outdoor courts). Easy to get to as it's just off the motorway junction.

Experienced some really exceptional service today by Gary was just so patient and resolved my issue straight away with card not working. Love this club 5 stars 👍🏻
