BOUNCE

Went for my first class today at St John Wood and it was great despite I was actually running out of breath. The instructor is friendly and I really enjoyed the entire session! 700 calories and why not?

Poor customer service, trampoline price hiked from £75 to £175 during lockdown, hinges rusty, had to return at my own expense. Their online workouts are basically repeat after repeat – you can pay £4.95 each time whilst being restricted to Bouncing at set times, you can’t even really start late because they take the video offline very soon after the end time. Have given a generous star because I love the Franchise, 'Bounce' as a product is amazing, what a shame the customer service and greed puts a dampner on it.

I love going to Harlow HQ. The instructors are all so friendly and helpful and I have made many friends there. I do Bounce 3 times a week, Barbells once a week and Reformer (now called Bed) once a week. I love all the classes and hate it when I can't go. I have been going for about 5 years .

What a super cool place! Great range of classes and fantastic staff

Staff members are lovely in harlow but the rooms to exercise are so small and closing the doors does not help with fresh air to breathe and you choke on the air-condition and others breathing in the room. Very claustrophobic. The only wide space room is the trampoline area and body pump which your enjoy.

Great energy, loads of places to park on the road out side amd carpark, free water fountain, and mini clothing line
