Had a very relaxing stay here, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. No issue with the room, which felt modern and clean. Communal carpets in the corridors and lifts a bit worn but that’s to be expected. The highlight for us was the spa, which was recently refurbished. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna, steam room combo and a fab pool (continuous 1.2m depth). Terrace overlooking the golf course which is a nice view. Only negative for us was the breakfast which was poor. Nice coffee, but the rest of the cooked breakfast was sat in terrines looking a bit sad. Tasted OK, but it was not the best. Still, if you go there for health reasons, maybe a greasy breakfast isn’t a smart idea anyway. Would go again (but wouldn’t bother with breakfast).

Beautiful. Totally relaxing. Spacious, well thought out and appointed room, great shower room. Accessible. Good on site cafe restaurant bar. Brilliant pool (semi accessible with steps and rail), spa, steam room and sauna. Fresh linen for swimmers. Friendly helpful staff.

Just spent the the night staying here at the hotel and would definitely go back again . The staff are superb and very polite and can not help you enough. The rooms are brilliant with all the basics very clean with brilliant room service. And the gym is superb with great equipment only let down is it does close at 10pm but it’s definitely worth a session as got some amazing techno gym equipment . The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful will definitely be returning here again.

Booked a room for myself and a work Colleague for a Work event. Iona at the front desk was lovely and really helpful. I forgot to print something off before our 3 hour journey. She didn’t even blink an eyelid and gave me the email to send it too and printed it off for me. A lovely room, lovely waitress served our pints and chips. Top class, I’ll be back for pleasure rather than work 100%

Wow what an amazing place to stay rooms were comfy had everything you needed in your room including telephone room service indoor pool Sauna steam room and jacuzzi and gym drinks bar with sports on TV and breakfast as much as you could it will be going back there next year when we do the Christmas gift fair I'd give it 10/10 and if you like golf they have there own proper golf course

Great venue, very clean and tidy, and very helpful staff.
We came for a Christmas meet and greet with Santa, with a buffet breakfast. Plenty of food, nicely laid out and well organised!

Very lovely hotel and spa. Friendly staff, excellent service. Room is clean and cosy, with modern furniture. Food was lovely. Overall very happy and will be coming back again very soon.

Have undertaken a 12 day membership and been really impressed with facilities and staff at the leisure club. The place is spotless and people very relaxed. Definitely thinking of joining in the New Year 👍
