This could be a decent gym... Unfortunately almost always busy and sometimes you have to wait in the queue to use the treadmill, there's not enough weights too, or even space to do your own exercise routine. Additionally the gym closes very early, once I came on Sunday at 7pm which is an hour before closing and they declined me entry because they have already closed the system... this is very unprofessional and annoying considering the high price of the gym (55 per month). Lockers are small and often dirty. The showers drains are often stuck and the water goes aways very slowly. The most irritating thing overall is that the pool most of the time is impossible to use for swimming because of children's swimming hours (Mon, Wed, Fr, Sat, Sun - 10am-4pm), water babies (Mon, Wed, Fr, Sat) and aqua classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays... In the evenings it's extremely busy and pool also closes and hour earlier than the gym, it's worth to add that it's also very shallow (just 1.2m) and short. The fitness classes are always fully booked so buying a monthly membership you have no chance of getting to any of them as the booking opens a month earlier. I chose that gym because of its location but unfortunately is definitely not worth the money. I did not know about the classes in the swimming pool as they are not listed on the website so I just found out by going and was very disappointed that couldn't use the pool because of the class that was not listed on the app or the schedule in the website. They have a separate paper plan for the pool schedule inside. I do not recommend, it would be worth the irritation because of its location if it costed 20 per month not 55 which is outrageous considering everything mentioned above.

By far the worst gym I've ever been to. Ridiculously expensive, very small and crowded, cardio room is very stuffy, sometimes its hard to breath inside. But the worst part is how dark and 'boxed' the gym feels, there are no windows at all, the walls and ceiling are black, the lighting is not sufficient - feels terrible when exercising.

I don't see why there's so many bad reviews about the staff here? I absolutely love it here and I have a positive experience as it the staff every single time I've been. I was very anxious and nervous about starting the gym however the staff made me feel comfortable from the start even showing me around. I mainly go for the pool. It's the nicest pool I've ever been to too, It would be nice if I could go during the day instead of water babies being on every day but there is still plenty of other times to go. I'm still skeptical to try the gym so I cannot comment on that. The changing rooms are clean, I do wish there was a singular cubical or two so that I could change in private but Noones there to judge you! It's honestly the best gym I've been to

Filthy to the core. It's always a mess. The equipments are everywhere. Good luck finding the weight plate you need. No visible signs of cleaning attempts on anything what so ever. The yoga mats are soaked in sweat. (Cheap sponge mats btw. )Ventilation in the area is so terrible and you cannot escape from the smell. The locker rooms are extremely disgusting. Mold in the showers..wet and dirty floors, you can see it in the pictures. Some shower cubicles don't even have a door. If you have a decent respect for yourself and still have your sense of smell, I don't suggest you working out there. I wasn't even there in the peak hours btw.

One the best steam room I’ve been in and also have technogym gear which is the best. Staff always helpful. Only downside is parking but great place to go for a session

Was recommended this gym by a friend for a quiet swim with my baby and I definitely got that. £9.99 for a day pass which I thought was reasonable! I didn’t want a loud busy leisure center for her first swim. It was lovely and peaceful, polite staff, they stored my pushchair for the duration of our visit. Changing rooms were clean, couldn’t fault a thing. We will be back thank you!

I enjoy the set up of this gym, and when it’s quiet it’s really great. I’m finding it difficult to justify the cost against accessibility of equipment, though.

I go to run and then lift - but there’s only one squat rack, and I’ve often ended up walking around like an idiot trying to find things to do because it’s so busy that there isn’t even a free treadmill to hop on to pass the time. Essentially, I’ve ended up leaving the gym more stressed out than I was before entering, which obv isn’t fab.

Aside from that, staff are great and the coffee bar is really good - I just think it could do with an extension of the weights room.
