I have had an awful experience with this club, I signed of for the 3 month membership and they never stated it was a rolling contract. Despite the fact I notified them repeatedly in person and over the phone I would be not continuing past the 3 months they nevertheless insisted I pay a 4th month as I hadn’t notified them in writing. I’ve been trying to pay the 4th month for 10 days again via phone as I don’t want to set up a direct debit online (as I’m terminating) and they are unreachable. Now they’re trying to charge me some extortionate amount for the 4th month via a debt agency when it’s their own fault not following on my repeated emails and calls to make the payment. Scam artists! Avoid!
