Awful place. Eloise is horrendous at her job. The manager ain’t got a clue when you make a complaint and then when you cancel you get an email 4 months later saying you owe £200! Hahaha honestly DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

A really friendly clean gym, the staff polite and always helpful. There is however rather old kit and quite often a lack of items such as hand grips for the cable machines. There is also no WiFi upstairs which is really annoying as the phone signal is not great either. Pool great 👍 always parking available which is a great bonus for Crawley

Good location. Pool and changing rooms are always clean. Good staff and friendly atmosphere.
Some reviews say it’s busy all the time which is 100% not true I’ve been at all times and mostly busy weekday evenings as with any gym.
Not the biggest gym but a few racks/benches

Spa facilities broken. Apparently due to costs, then why have my membership prices stayed the same and facilities being downgraded. Reconsidering being a member here. Steam Room is broken and Sauna doesn’t even get to temperature. Downhill

Excellent customer service, very professional and friendly staff. A place where you can disconnect from the outside world. Would be great to enjoy the jacuzzi again.

Gym equipment is good when it's working, otherwise if something breaks here expect a 6 month wait for it to get fixed or never replaced. Constantly having to nag Kate the gym manager to get anything done is painful. Steam room is broken and jacuzzi closed but our memberships stays the same price. The changing rooms have been the same for 20 years, mould in the steam room and no one seems to care. Shame because when it was virgin the price was cheaper and exactly the same gym it is now. Apart from things would get fixed alot quicker. Great location and given 2 stars because if everything was in working order this place is great.

It’s not terrible but it’s not good either really, steam room hasn’t worked properly for months and is now closed. Jacuzzi not on until spring which is off considering how much it is for a monthly membership. Every time I go to the gym there is always something not working, staff work hard and I see them cleaning up a lot which is good, the location is good and can normally always park, just a real shame about the steam room and jacuzzi

Desperately requiring a major refresh, the gym is aging. Luke warm air circulating makes for a sweaty experience, some equipment broken for long periods, no Wi-Fi, no 4G reception, music playing out of distorted speakers that cannot be escaped due to lack of connectivity, shared parking with cinema is tough to park on school holidays and weekends. Often can’t find handles for the cables machines, is it that difficult to have a surplus?! Hot tub out of order for 6 months. Lockers require padlocks which is another pain.

All in all if you’re looking for a 2005 experience then this gym suits you.
