I've been training with Alrick for over three years now. I started out doing just one PT session a week, but for the last year or so I've been doing three sessions a week. Going up to three sessions has made the difference from just maintaining my fitness to making weekly progress.

Alrick's approach is 100% and professional. He's always encouraging, always attentive and can adapt at a moment's notice. I'd honestly say that he knows my limits better than I do.

I struggle with motivation; I'd rather sleep an extra hour than go to the gym by myself. Training with Alrick has kept me motivated and on track and done wonders for my physical and mental health.
