For the monthly cost you cannot find a better equipped gym. It has a large variety of equipment to suit heavy weight lifters, HiiT workouts, martial arts and pure cardio. There are plenty of classes on throughout the week, ranging from spinning to Zumba and even yoga. Peak times can be busy, meaning you might have to wait for the more popular equipment, like the squat rack, but generally you get on what you want. Again at peak times (5-6pm) parking can be an issue. There are plenty of spaces but they fill up fast. During the winter the rain churns up the end of the gravelly car park making it quite muddy. There are a few spaces for disabled visitors if required. The gym has large separate male and female changing rooms with lockers and showers. The lockers require your own padlock which can be purchased for £3, or you can bring your own.

Great gym, very big and airy. Haven't had any problems getting in to equipment. Employees are friendly and helpful and the opening times are fantastic for me. Can't rate this place enough.

My favorite gym in UK at the moment, cheap, nice atmosphere, it's so big and it's has the best equipment, for everything that you can imagine, box ring too.

Brilliant facility with with such a wide range of machines that no matter what muscle group you’re targeting, you’ll find an exercise that suits you. When you couple this with the abundance of cardio machines, you find that time spent waiting is few and far between. In addition to that the gym in its entirety is spotless and efforts are clearly taken to keep it this way. The staff are always polite and on hand to help even though the automated turnstiles, car park sign in and vending machines mean that it can very much be a self service experience. The only downside as far as the year round gym goer is concerned is that the air conditioning is rather lacklustre during the hottest days of the year, making it a slightly uncomfortable experience if the temperature reaches more than 25 degrees. Other than that, as someone who has been on a £20 rolling plan for well over a year, I couldn’t be happier.

Great gym with lots of equipment so never gets too busy. There is a boxing ring and a cage along with loads of punch bags and there is a separate ladies gym.

Joined yesterday. Was a lovely first experience st this gym, induction was great and the staff were more than helpful! Various contract tariffs that are either rolling or fixed term which suits all needs. Plus no sign up fee!!!! Recommend it highly.

Value for money you cannot go wrong, lots of equipment + friendly staff everything is well spaced out and it's a clean gym, loads of measures in place for sanitising due to COVID-19. Only complaint is some of the members don't know basic distancing i.e how to keep minimum 1 metre distance but sadly you get that everywhere.
