My partner and I were so happy to be welcomed by Labonita - as trans women we were anxious about attending gyms but we were brought in with open arms and have benefited hugely from our ongoing sessions. It's been about 2 months now and our trainer Sara has given us both more energy, more structure and more confidence! We couldn't be happier and as both a client and an LGBT community member I can't recommend Labonita enough!

This studio and owner (Labonita) are truly one of a kind. The studio enable you to truly get to grips and understand the equipment without feeling overwhelmed. The classes are small, which gives the ability to basically have a PT session. Whether in the classes or individually the focus is on form, and strength. Women please move away from the concept that weights and heavy weights will ‘bulk’ you up. Building strength is such a positive thing not only for body but mind. I’ll add that she’s also a Yoga teacher so almost a yang / yang complement.

Labonita is extremely skilled in her craft, patient, mindful, respectful of ones needs, QUALIFIED. A great person to gain insights from and also knowledge. At the tender age of 52 I’m not looking at reducing my sessions any day soon. If I could I would increase.

I wishing that this is just the first of many studios as its sheer joy (and hard work by myself) at every visit.

This fantastic gym is exactly I needed where I can workout in confidence. This is a brilliant space for all women who, perhaps feel a little bit intimidated in a more conventional gyms. Labonita and her team are passionate about training women to become physically and mentally strong. They encourage and support you to push yourself a little more to get the best out of you! I really enjoy coming here to do my workouts. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

Labonita has been truly amazing at building my strength and confidence since rupturing my left ACL back in January. Training is no longer a chore and I look forward to our sessions each week.

What I love most is that she really tailors the training sessions and no week is the same! She also gives great nutritional advice.

I really feel like my form and technique has massively improved since training with Labonita and she’s really helped rebuild the muscle in my left leg ahead of my surgery.

Training with Labonita has transformed the way I think about fitness and exercise. After years of trying different fitness instructors, classes and personal trainers that didn’t stick, I’ve been with Labonita for about a year.

Having never before considered weight training for a part of my fitness regime, I’m so glad I started.

Labonita is amazing- I have gained so much strength, confidence, and knowledge; she makes the process interesting and fun (but you work HARD).

The gym space itself is wonderful, a private space to learn and grow with all the equipment you need. I’ve never seen anything quite like it.

Labonita is the best in the business. She has a lifetime of experience in movement, health and training and it shows. At the start of my training she told me to trust in the process and she was right. Thanks to Labonita my numbers have flown up and I’m lifting weights I didn’t think possible. L is patient and kind, as are Sarah and Amanda. They have created a beautifully uplifting space where women can go to feel and be their best.

Labonita has really built my confidence over the last 15 months training with her. I went from thinking of myself as someone with 'a bad back' and gym phobia to doing deadlifts with confidence and going to a gym by myself. I would thoroughly recommend her even if you don't see yourself as someone who trains, she will build up your confidence. Also, she lets my doggy sit in on training and gives the best treats!

Strength training with Labonita has not only given me an immense amount of confidence in finally marching up to the weights section at my gym and grab some dumbbells there, my arms and legs are also most definitely stronger than they were before I started her sessions. She also corrects your posture, so you do the exercises correctly and don’t insure yourself. The training sessions are most definitely hard, but tailored to you and most definitely worth it.
