Great class by Michelle, staff great and gym had everything I needed for a good work out. Swimming pool was an excellent added bonus

I’ve only recently joined but have found the experience really good. Induction with Natalie went well and I went back the following day so that she could write me up a program to follow, which I’m enjoying using.
I find that I don’t feel intimidated here, lots of space, not over crowded and people actually engage with you. So far so good!!!

Love my gym. Staff are exceptional + super friendly. Great gym if you want to avoid the busy commercial ones and just get on with your workout. Other members friendly also. Old timer showed me the ropes. Would recommend this gym to anyone. A++++++

It has not changed since I joined a couple of years ago. Such a shame as little touches could have been done here and there to make it better. Nice and convenient for people who live nearby. Variety of classes. You have to pick your times right for swimming or else you can't really swim properly as your always nearly bumping into people. Not sure if the same person that owns the gym also owns the land around it but its a shame that the tennis courts are not up and running either !! The residents of watermead would love that. . . .

When I first joined I thought it was a friendly place - things have gone down hill rapidly. The customers are very nice people. However, the staff at the moment is most unhelpful and when you ask something they look at you as if to say 'why are you bothering me?'. The place is very dirty and there are two problems with the showers. One door does not lock and one shower does not work properly. This has been the case for the past 5 months and after numerous complaints from customers and myself they have still not repaired the issues. The simply cannot be bothered!"

love this gym, feels more like a spa to be honest!, the gym is for the most part quiet as is the pool which is always a lovely temperature, the staff are really lovely and can't do enough to help, the parking is great too as is the quiet location.

It's my closest gym since I moved to Berryfields. It's compact and needs some more equipment but suits my needs for a concentrated training session. Staff are friendly.

Lovely warm swimming pool. The changing rooms are really cold and the car park was flooded which isn't ideal.
