Such a great place for your workouts. I come here solely for cardio and it's never crazy busy. The stuff I wish to use is available. It's clean and maintained regularly. The staff smile and say hello/goodbye. Some say it's cramped but this isn't a field to run around in. Your literally on machines so the only space is walk ways to machines and the stairs to different levels. Parking in front from 6pm and across the road free 2 hour parking via ticket machine. Its nice having it manned 24/7 and that goes along way for late night training. Other 24/7 gyms attract non members who waltz in but this place is legit. Credit to management for actually giving people what they want and need.

This gym is the best gym I have ever been to, it has low prices, a very good healthy cafe, extremely good equipment. The biggest gym in Aylesbury which means lots of space lots of equipment. The staff here are very friendly and the personal trainers are amazing at their job and are helping me to get fit, I already see a difference in my strength.

You can't fault the price of membership at this gym - from £9.99 per month - and they do have a lot of equipment.

The reason I have given quite a low rating is that the gym itself looks in pretty bad shape aesthetically and the staff members could easily be more welcoming. I think the gym has been open for roughly a year or so and I had presumed that their introductory offers were to get members in while they put the finishing touches to the place, but apparently not.

The roof in the stairwell to the upstairs leaks and there are numerous holes in various walls - some of which have been filled in a less-than-professional manner. The walls in the mens' changing rooms are just exposed boarding which I think most other places would paint; and the sauna doesn't seem to be operational despite the length of time the gym has been open for.

There are also always at least 2/3 items of equipment which are 'Temporarily Out of Order'. The issue with this being that 'temporarily' seems to equate to at least 2 weeks.

Overall, yes you can have a decent workout at a very reasonable price and I understand that people don't go to the gym for the mood lighting and sleek, clean lines, but I'd rather pay an extra £5-10 a month for a better experience (which I will be doing after my contract expires).

My friend referred me to this gym - cheers(!) - and it took 3/4 emails and numerous conversations with the staff before he received his £1 a month discount on his own membership too.

Where do I start? This place should be called grim fit for less. It all started with being lied to saying that the cage was included in membership which was not the case; only found that out after the contract was signed.

Rude staff that clearly don't want to be there: the manager especially has a bad attitude, for example, when I asked to cancel the contract their system was not working, which is fine and I understand this, but I then asked whether I can leave my details. He said - and I quote - "you can if you want".

this was said implying that yeah sure leave your details but I'm not going to do anything, perhaps he was too busy playing pokemon at the desk. After 6 attempts to cancel the DD including multiple promises that this has been done from at least 3 staff, it was still not cancelled so direct debit should be cancelled yourself or these leeches will keep taking your cash.

There is lots of equipment here all of which has not been cleaned since opening, showers are dirty, no lockers in changing rooms, personal trainer that kicks you off machines aka little man syndrome ~ you know who you are.

Holes in walls everywhere, broken machines that are never fixed, full of 90's rude boys, leaky roof that drips water on steps insurance claim waiting to happen there. In short the place is awful but it's cheap I suppose. DO NOT JOIN.

Also forgot to add I refered a number of people and they claim to discount you £1 for everyone that you refer. They make it such a faff with again false promises from staff that things will be changed .

Super cramped in there as too much equipment in one place and also very dingy lighting in the downstairs room.

All in all pretty terrible experience.

As a regular member I have been with the gym for over a year now and the gym has grown alot throughout the year from redesigning a new café area and a brand new hairdressers within the premises. The areas are well kept clean and well organised but the placements of the cables and other machines on the ground floor are really close and especially on a busy time of day the machines are either being used and/or waiting to use the machine. I would feel by making a complete New expansion of the building making more room for more activities and yes it may cost alot to refurbish it but I'm the long run you'll be an outstanding gym but I would say that it's way to crowded and not enough room for some exercises for example farmers carry etc... .

Brilliant quality gym. Customer service is great! One of the best gyms in Aylesbury that are true to their weight of weights. Very helpful personal trainers.

I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to use proper equipment!

Smelly, unclean and unkempt. Does have a lot of equipment but bad stench from the ladies toilets will constantly put you off. Filthy gym and not a pleasant work out. Much happier after signing up to pure gym.

The service on the phones here is awful! One time I phoned and asked for my number to be passed to the manager and they failed to do it, and you cannot get a word in edgeways here. I don't think I'll join this gym and do my training without the use of a gym. It will be a shame if I decide that based on my inability to get hold of a manager due to the staffs unhelpfulness and guilt of bad customer service.
It may have quality equipment but that's standard for a gym. The service speaks volumes for me.
I strongly advise to never take a long term contact anywhere! Especially here! As soon as your tied into being a customer you will be treated badly because they don't need to care about customer service to get you to come back. I really would be baffled as to why anyone would take out along term contract here.
