My first time attending a 3Ness event, May/22 Wokefield. Superb!! Great Value for money. Personal welcome from the wonderful Paul Francis on arrival and he and his terrific team did a brilliant job of making sure that your stay was an enjoyable one. Accommodation was nice. Fantastic selection of classes to attend and the instructors were all AWESOME!! 3Ness certainly lived up to their sterling reputation and I look forward to attending another of their events because I had a truly A-MaZiNG weekend with them. Thank You 3Ness!!

Firstly im really shocked about the last review by Jackie Bryce as I was at the same event.

Reading/wokefield 26/28 Nov soul/fitness weekender

Being my first time booking with 3ness and attending on my own, I was apprehensive of what to expect.
When I arrived it was clear to see where you had to go as there was a team set up not far from the door to help, and they were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Accommodation:
The hotel was really lovely, the staff were polite and my room was great. It had everything I needed and it was spotless.
The food was really tasty, lots of choice and they had vegan options and also catered for other nutritional requirements.
The only small fault I would give is that the food could of been slightly warmer, but it was still very much enjoyable and something that is easily rectified with constructive feedback.
As for being under staffed, it is a huge hotel and under the circumstances of the pandemic and the lockdowns we have been restricted to, I think they coped extremely well, maybe a couple more people serving at the bar would of helped. All in all It was an extremely pleasant stay.

Promoter: Paul Francis....I have no idea how anyone can say he isn't a people person! I had never met him before and he went out of his way to ask if everything was ok, he was always about making sure things were running smoothly, talking to people and giving people his time...I'm sure as professional as he is unfortunately unless you are a superhero no-one would be able to get around to speak to every single person. And the rest of his crew were just as nice.

Classes: The timetable had so much variety it was outstanding. So many great classes to choose from, there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was electric, fun and friendly, and i had such a laugh my belly hurt at times! The presenters were so professional yet they were so welcoming you felt like you'd known them for ages.

I had the best time with fun and friendly people and have already booked again. I would recommend one of these weekends to anyone! They're ace!! 💯💪

Shared an extensive review on 3Ness feedback form. I wish i saved my feedback before i submitted it. Anyway here it goes.
1) Hotel was not fully staffed and could not cope with such a large group of people. Event -Reading Soul/ fitness weekender 26-28th November 2021.
Food was bland, tasteless with little variety.
Breakfast finished at 9am.
Promoter -Paul is not a people's person and did not engage with new customers to his event. If he doesn't like communicating needs a P.A.Who can do a better job of making people feel welcomed.
Very unorganised as one arrived to the hitel no direction of what should be happening or which queue one needs to join.
Not impressed i have been to many fitness weekenders and this was the worse.

Classes that i attended were excellent especially MEGABALLS with Winston👌🏾

Very poor service and maybe consider before parting with any payments- we paid for a party night entry x2 - partner comes up in a rash when wearing the wrist bands so he chose to carry it around with him ... got to entry door I wore mine he held his and were refused entry as it wasn’t on the wrist! We said well
we are here all weekend and check our
Names on the manifest he wouldn’t and refused entry - £50 was paid for the disco and
Buffet- paid for it and then they wouldn’t let us in - very confrontational doorman and when we complained and Asked for our £50 back they refused!

Only question is why should they keep money for a service they haven’t delivered?

Some say its only £50 but it’s MY £50 and cannot see how they can charge and then not deliver the product/ services its just wrong !
