- Gorgeous and friendly community

I always book my accommodations close to a box when I travel (and I travel a lot), these lovely persons made me feel so much at home that, every time I’m in London, despite the place I will work, I stay close to them!

Great Box! Very friendly and professional Coach. I Drop In there last week and i really enjoy the training session, very professional and friendly. I wish i could have another WOD with Adam and the other guys but my legs where on fire the day before :). For sure i'll be back soon. highly recommend!

Really nice box, great coaches, really friendly people and great set up. I’m over on a course from Jersey and having sat in a classroom all day I was totally unmotivated.... until I got there. You got me to pull my finger out and dig deeper. Really fun WOD. Highly recommend a visit if you’re passing I’ll definately be back. Thanks for having me guys!

Best Crossfit box evaaaaa! All the coaches are amazing, good socials and very good friends made from this place. Despite having relocated myself but this place will forever be in my heart!

CFAE has one of the most structured and well-balanced training plans out there. All this combined with great coaches and an amazing community... really can't recommend it enough! GAT♥️RS🐊
