My first visit to a gym in years . I like it quiet which it is. Well it is 7.30 in the morning . Can do my workout peacefully. Will be attending more regularly thats for sure

Best gym in the area👌 Superb modern machines allowing all muscle groups to be worked on. Its never over packed so you can always get your workout done. Staff are very friendly and helpful all the time, giving great advise and best approach on how to work the machines. Always clean and tidy and everyone gets a bottle and cloth so you can clean down your equipment after which is superb. They also provide a great range of supplements and healthy foods. Great gym at a great price.
