Everything you need from a gym. Open 24 hours, decent machines and a great selection of free weights. Good cardio options, and you can pop outside for a bag work out. My son and I have both joined and will be regular visitors .... Well semi-regular!!

Small but practical gym. They are 24/7 but only if you are in a contract. For daily, weekly or other plans, you can only enter on staff hours (from 8 to 8 on week days)
