He helped me lose weight and get strong. He understands the science behind movement and nutrition, so speaks with authority when helping you understand how to do better.
He even does remote coaching too. Great coach for the casual. And I hear he's good with professional athletes too.
George is an encouraging and motivating coach and is passionate about his job. He pays attention to detail and gives you clear and individual feedback which really helps you improve quickly. I'd definitely recommend Kingdom Barbell!
I've known George for several years, his commitment, dedication and professionalism whilst coaching are 2nd to none.
Whether you're a seasoned pro, or an absolute beginner (like I was), I would highly recommend paying Kingdom Barbell a visit.
He knows that each athlete has different needs and not only works on technique and strength, but also works with his athletes to understand their nutrition, life challenges, motivations, and goals. He’s great at communication, which makes all the difference in distance coaching.
He's a great coach and plans and adapts programs to suit both what you need and what you're doing e.g. competitions. Not only does he help you then and there but he teaches you so you know what you're looking for when you're training on your own too!
If you want to start Olympic lifting or improve, I'd definitely recommend George!
George is an excellent coach who gives really insightful personalised tips on how to improve, no matter what stage you're at.
I'm really impressed with how KB have adapted to the whole covid-lockdown - loads of videos on how to keep training at home with what you have around you. I loaned a bar and some weights so I can keep it up in the garden!
Thanks KB!
