I’ve trained at Complete Fitness for over 2 years now and I couldn’t recommend it more. Ben is a passionate and knowledgable coach who tailors everything he does around the skill and ability of the people in the class. He’s always there to drive you when you need it but has a great balance. I have never worked with a coach that has a better approach as well as in a gym that has as many options and classes for all skill levels. Highly, highly recommended

Complete Fitness in Deepcut run by fantastic trainer, Ben is the complete package. I signed up for a 6 week trial and quickly realised it was the best fitness experience I've had (I've tried everything over the years, commercial gyms, personal trainers, group sports etc) and without hesitation signed on as a full member. Every session delivered by Ben is filled with positive attitude and clear direction which empowers you to work out to the best of your ability.
Ben delivers extremely professional coaching and mentoring in the most welcoming, relaxed and encouraging setting that will definitely get you on the right path to ,not only improved health, strength and fitness but a better you.
Ben is always on hand to answer any questions and pass on tips to help you achieve your goals!
My membership at complete fitness has made me fall back in love with fitness and that is down to the first class environment and service Ben clearly takes pride in offering.

I am really enjoying the classes under the guidance and support of a highly knowledgeable and passionate coach which, has resulted in my steady progress. The personal training aspect sets this business apart from any other conventional gym.

Complete Fitness, and the support provided by Ben in particular, is a brilliant way to reach your fitness, strength and nutrition goals. Informed, professional, & relaxed guidance is provided on all aspects of your development. When you join Complete Fitness you quickly feel a part of a community of people all working to improve their health in a sustainable way.

The value that is provided as a member is also outstanding. It’s like having a personal trainer on hand to support you with any question you might have. The skills you learn, the close observation of technique and guidance, the nutrition advice, the regular body scans and monitoring, you’d struggle to find anywhere else and all this each month for less than some of us might spend on a single night out! (Trying to cut back on these, well, after NYE at least).

I have really been enjoying the gym sessions with Complete Fitness which makes it easy to turn up for the classes.

There is accountability and support as and when required to keep you motivated and I have seen improvements month on month from the monthly measurements.

I feel in very safe hands with the coaches and would recommend Complete Fitness to anyone thinking of joining.

Ben and the team at Complete Fitness are supremely expert at helping you to build strength, stamina and flexibility and to support you to achieve your fitness and health goals. No beasting, fads or quick fixes but a focus on technique, consistency and long term sustained improvement. I have no hesitation in recommending Complete Fitness for every age and fitness level - all are made to feel at ease and cared for.

I can honestly say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since my early 20’s thanks to Ben’s guidance. He has an excellent focus on sustainable changes to your nutrition and exercise habits, and always ensures we work towards good technique when training so we stay injury free. The classes never feel like a chore and the atmosphere at Complete Fitness is always light (even if the weights aren’t ;) ) and good fun. I can’t recommend enough!!

Intimate, friendly and supportive environment. Ben is amazing at teaching, breaking every move down to the basics, making sure everyone can progress in their own pace and in a safe way. I personally find the classes extremely addictive and seeing the results every month just feeds you that extra dollop of motivation.
