Generally really good. Staff are lovely. Only few niggles ladies toilets need a refurb ( the toilet roll holders have assaulted me twice) also it would be good to have a separate place for staff to do weighing, assessing, writing and keeping programs etc some people have reasons other than getting a beach bod to discuss or are self conscious about getting weighed with others around

Fabulous gym with cardio, machines, dbs and free weights. Good atmosphere - even for a 60+ yr old.

A trial offer leaflet was put through my letter box - I am glad I got this as I decided to give it a try - I am so impressed I have joined as a member.
VERY friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean quality equipment, good opening hours and location.
I understand it helps some people but it would be nice if there was a 'quiet time' without the loud music

Great gym. Really pleased with the help from the staff they are really friendly, and genuinely take a interest in helping create the best workout for you.
All the gym equipment is clean and in amazing condition with clear instructions on how to operate them, plus the added bonus of staff on hand to help.

Now in my sixties what I like about My Gym is the welcoming and friendly staff who are ever ready to offer advice. It is encouraging to see such a wide age range of local people who regularly turn up to put their bodies through a session be it gentle therapy, weight loss exercises or up to chest heaving, heart pumping work-outs! The range of equipment will meet the requirements of the most demanding iron men and ladies. And as stated earlier, present the ever smiling and qualified staff, always approachable and willing to advise, train and give encouragement. MY GYM is Our Gym, it’s Retford’s Gym.
No gain without pain, enjoy folks.

Friendly welcoming been for over year now and whatever size u are or fitness levels always feel welcome.. 10 out of 10 staff lovely also manager great bloke too and very friendly.. glad to be back there
