Club energy really does live up to its nickname - Retford’s friendliest gym! All members of staff are attentive, patient and are always willing to help out and make you feel better on days where you might not feel motivated to work out or get your body moving. All equipment is up to date and clean and there’s always a friendly face to help if you don’t understand anything. I highly recommend visiting this gym for a chat with one of the instructors

I have tried most gyms in Retford and club energy is by far the best for facilities and staff! There are lots of exercise classes included in the membership which are for all fitness levels. Would recommend this gym without hesitation!

This gym has to be the unfriendliest gym I’ve ever been to, they put on a happy face when you first sign up and give your money but as soon as that happens they are downright rude and myself and others have even been side eyed and ignored at reception, if you want a decent gym you’re best going to the leisure centre which actually has welcoming staff and much more to do there.
