I just did a boxfit class this morning and Alex is a great instructor. She made me feel super welcome and accepted my madness. I get a little excited and over zealous at times but I feel she got me straight away. She was clear in her instruction and I felt confident with her. I’ll be back again but I’ll try not to knock your Mitt off again.. lol
I did retrieve it from outside and put it back. I got carried away..soz.. 😂🫣 see you again. Jo
