I'm mad 4 this place. I love it. It's got everything I could possibly need. Such a broad range of obstacles and weights.

If you can get in with him, ask for sessions with Jaki Taylor. He is the best PT I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is an amazing PT and coach. He has helped me with my diet and understanding macros and their importance in my day to day life. He genuinely wants everybody to do well and hit their goals. He celebrates every success each step of the way whether it be a scale on non scale victory.
I love my training sessions and feel so accomplished after each one, I also love the home work outs that he sends me to keep me focused in the week.
I've never met a more passionate coach, honestly get in whilst you can and watch your results sky rocket. The KGs are coming off and more importantly my health has improved. I'm diabetic and for the first time my blood sugars are normal!! #TaylorMadeFitness #CoachJakiTaylor

If you don't want to train alone and feel awkward with a PT this is perfect for you as you get the best of both! Always leave sweating

A place where you will lose 220-300 calories, for example entering 74 kg and leaving 72 kg. There must be more and more such training. Humanity needs you.

What a space! Engaging and fun. Sweat buckets and hate your life for 60 minutes.
