Something always seems broke. Pool sauna stream room. Staff are friendly. Members are not treated great. As a customer and paying the wages. I wouldn't go there if there was an cheaper alternative

It would of been better if they would of put on the air con in the summer instead of winter time.... but like any other gym... they try to keep as maby clients out from the gym but keep paying the monthly subscription

Went in yesterday ( first time in Merthyr Tydfil) and was greeted by the warm staff. Bring a customer from Cardiff, I wasn’t too sure about how to visit another site as my membership had been frozen but the staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Just like to say thank you as it can be daunting going into a new area by yourself and it’s simple , kind interactions like these that really help. Thank you again.

Great place and lots of equipment. It's a very popular Gym and lots of people attend from all around the valleys. Training one-to-one is also available from qualified instructors.

Great gym,pool,sauna and steam room but slightly let down as jacuzzi spa there been shut down despite being very popular

I've been training here for the last 3 months now and it's definitely one of the better gyms I've trained in over the years. The membership price of £30 a month is a good price for this gym - especially as it has a sauna and swimming pool. There's plenty of weights and different machines there, for most exercises. Also, I like the fact that it's a big gym and doesn't get too crowded in there.
