Awesome gym with everything you need. I also take a two hour kickboxing class twice a week. This room can also be used for a your own private bag session if they are unused. Friendly staff and would recommend joining to my friends and family.

I went for a chat to see, if it was for me first and was a warm, friendly welcome and intro, was told to pop along and try it. Well I tried it tonight and nearly threw up. But I came home and signed up for more. The people are really friendly, was given advice and help all along the way through. So here is to a healthy fitter body. Thanks to ISO Fitness.
