The Spa itself was lovely, the treatments were great as well. The pool, steam, sauna area need some TLC and decoration. Was also surprised that numbers on site were not limited just out of easing COVID restrictions. Felt uncomfortable in sauna / steam area as small and no limit to how many people inside.

It's ok. Had massage and spa afternoon. Pool not suitable for spa/leisure as it was constantly full of men ploughing up an down energetically making it difficult for a solo lady guest to use it for a leisurely swim

This place has fulfilled my expectation so far. At the gym all the machines are pretty new, the space is well organized and big. Is not too crowded, even for a 5pm sesion during the week. The spa has amazing services and discounts also, getting this membership is very good money for value, you get access not only to the gym, but classes, the swimming pool and sauna. I'm more than happy changing gym and joining Bannatyne Spa. The crew at the gym is also very straightforward with the service.

Booked a early morning slot. Hired towels a robe, frayed and had holes in. No robe or towels to fit large person 6"5 size 12 shoe. Only one jacuzzi in working use. Changing/washing facilities dirty and not maintained. Staff on reception not professional. Massage was lovely and staff was great! Literally couldn't wait to leave, in and out within 2 hours. Good job we had each others company.

They are very good. I have a Swedish back and neck massage gift from my sister for my birthday. Very relaxing and staff is professionally clean and very friendly. Hard to believe, but my treatment was 25 minutes and my pain is gone. I will be back. Worth the money. Hardly recommend. Thanks Agnes

I’ve just got home after having a fabulous lava shell massage and Elemis facial. Both treatments were absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and refreshed. The facial targeted all my needs and concerns, I’m already planning my next visit. The additional safety measures in the spa made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. Thank you for a great experience
