Excellent and speedy service. Especially Helen, who fixed my sit-on mower on site and Mark who identified a starting problem,over the phone, without charging me. Certainly recommend!

We bought a livestock trailer from Clwyd Agri and were impressed with the service, no hard sell and an honest description of the trailer. They even sorted out a minor issue with the jockey wheel then and there so that we could take the trailer away that day. I would buy from them again.

Used this supplier for the first time recently to order some Polaris parts and also ask for technical advice regarding a problem with my Polaris 570 ATV, which is now in the second year of the 2 year warranty.

First Class Service.

I have a ride on Mower which I purchased from Clywd Agricultural some 3 years or so ago and last week it wouldn't start. Despite my best efforts to diagnose the problem myself, I was beaten.

I called Clywd Agri who offered some advice over the phone in a bid to avoid any unnecessary works, but unfortunately it just wouldn't go.

So I called them back and they advised that someone would be in touch to arrange to collect the mower. 'Great' I thought and sure enough, early the next day, I was contacted and advised that someone would be here shortly to pick it up. Expecting to be without the mower for a bit, I resigned myself to the grass getting a bit out of control.

I needn't have worried, The engineer turned up, diagnosed the problem, (a duff battery showing full volts but not enough amps). They fitted a new battery, and in less than 10 minutes of arriving, they were done and dusted and the mower was back in full working order. EXCELLENT!!

So for me, they just can't be faulted in the speed of attending, efficiency and knowledge in getting the job done and all round helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

A first Class service which is just so rare to see nowadays.
