good staff. not rock bottom cheap but cheaper and they have slimfit which FP have stopped making according to the staff in the covent gardens store.

Excellent customer service. The store did not have sweatshirts in the size I wanted when I visited, but I left my email address and photos were sent to me of new stock a few days later. I was able to choose what I wanted and reserve them until they could be collected. Thanks for your help Amelia!

He was able to assist with my email enquiry and was very quick to respond with a detailed reply and was very happy to help. I feel that he went above and beyond for us with our query. What can i say! I think I just had the best service...EVER!!!!
I was concerned and anxious about going into the shop as I am quite broad, and struggle and feel concious in a polo...but Ryan the manager put me at ease, reasured me each step from a warm welcome, finding the right design for my build and making me feel great about myself! Friendly staff, Great service. Staff were friendly and helpful with stock and sizes.I was made welcome from when I first walked in. Clothes were wrapped and bagged up brilliantly.
