Relyon Cruise and Port Parking

12.6.22 - dropped off at cruise terminal. I forgot to bring my wife's charging unit for her wheelchair - left in the car. Contacted Relyon..no probs. Unit brought to Port aok on next shuttle. 19.6.22 - returned from cruise at Dover Port. Driver Neil already there. Loaded bags and my wife's wheelchair into mini-bus. Dropped off directly outside car. Fabulous service from driver/reception lady, regards to all.

Excellent service. Left car with them on 31st July and was a little nervous as I usually use parking inside the port. We were taken directly to Dover and told where the driver would be for pick up today 12th August. Sure enough we left the ship and a driver was waiting for us. He helped load our cases and our car was waiting for us right near the reception at the car park. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Would definitely use this company again.

Brilliant service. Couldn't have been easier to get to the ship and the minibus was waiting for us when we disembarked. We'll certainly use again.

We used the parking when we went on Disney cruise. Superb!! Staff friendly and the service super quick.

Excellent service, very helpful staff, good rates, Loaded and unloaded cases into and out of the Minibus straight onto the trolley at the terminal, on arrival back no waiting straight onto the bus to the Car Parking area, picked up keys and cases loaded back ino car, couldn't have been easier. Would use again.

Excellent place to leave your car when going on the ferry or cruise. Really good service, transfer to and from the cruise ship.

We did a day trip to Calais and used Relyon Parking. It was all very easy to sort, we were shuttled down to the Port Check in, and they were waiting on our return.
All the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Situated about 15 minutes drive from the port, Relyon provide a shuttle bus both ways with a minimum of fuss and substantially cheaper than parking at the Port. What's more, they went the extra mile for me when I returned from holiday. The car couldn't be driven (stop start electronics) due to a flat battery in the key fob, but one of the managers went into town and purchased a replacement to get me on my way. Of course I paid for the battery but I was left feeling this was all part of the service. Highly recommended.
