Going to airport was good but coming back was terrible.

We told this cab co that there is a delay in our flight and they need to check the ETA as there were many delays. They didn't and the driver complained that he had to wait 2+ hours. Cab co says it is not their fault if there is a delay and charged us an additional amount which we had to pay the driver. This cab co also sent us a saloon car when it was clear in our booking that we requested for a 7 seater mpv. Horrible experience after coming back from a trip. Will not recommend.

Needed a car at 4 AM, driver was early! Link2Airpots is trustworthy and highly recommended.

The driver could not be locatedas he was only in the parking and did not care to receive with our name anywhere at the exit. after few whatsup call we could locate him at the ground floor.
Further when we located reached his parked car, he asked to put the bags in the car and on asking that drive keep the bags in the taxi and he said it is NOT his job. He finally kept but most unwllingly. Being a global frequent traveller and Never seen such a driver. After rfeaching destination he did not unload our bags. Taxi service company must check and remove such drivers.
