Clean, staff were all pleasant and service was fairly fast, food was all really tasty, I had the vegan burger which was nice just the sauces inside melt fast so I didn't look to glamorous dripping everywhere 😅 would eat here again

Really nice, the customer service was good a little slow but not too bad. The food was good as well, the burger a little over done. Found the taco just a tad too hot to enjoy. The milkshake was absolutely amazing. The English garden was okay just a little too syrupy and I wish I could taste more of the apple and cucumber. The wings were perfect
Overall not too bad

Went for dinner and the food was really good. We had ribs and the meat fell off the bone and was really tender and tasty, the kids enjoyed their meals, burger and fish fingers clearing their plates and the children's dessert was good value. However, although the staff were nice and the atmosphere really good the service was so slow, not enough staff, so you lose a star TGI and you also lose a star for the decoration as it looks in desperate need of a refurbishment.

Food was OK, service poor. Seems staffed completely by people in their teens and early 20s, and it shows... Walked in during Saturday dinner rush, were directed to a table by young staff member who didn't tell us who would be serving us or offer to get drinks, they just dropped the menus on the table and walked off. The waitress for the section was busy talking to a table with 3 young lads, then disappeared, so after several minutes we had to ask a busser if we could order drinks. The young lad didn't know what was on draught or what IPA is...

Finally the waitress takes our drink and food order, we get our draught beers many minutes later and when the sharing starters arrive the girl from the kitchen doesn't offer us any plates or cutlery! So while the starters are getting cold we're spending several minutes trying to find our waitress, who does bring them over within a couple of minutes. The burger was OK but very overpriced, I would have enjoyed a Five Guys just across the road much more.

During the meal several shouted birthday announcements were made, including right next to us, and someone played holy hell with the volume of the music for a couple of minutes. We were never asked if the meals were OK (just barely) or if we wanted more drinks (we did).

I'd suggest to the management and owner of this location that if you present an American style restaurant, at least attempt to provide American style service. This branch seems to be staffed entirely with many young workers with no clue how to properly provide customer service apart from transporting food and drinks. On the plus side, everything seemed clean.

Celebrated a friends 30th here. The staff couldn't be more accommodating despite some hitches. Manager solved any issues, friend had a wonderful time! Food was perfect. All round a great time!

Food was amazing. I had the ultimate paradise punch to drink which cost just under £10. But worth it. Starters amazing. Chicken strips with Jack Daniels sauce melted in your mouth. Burgers for main which were delicious. Would definitely recommend
