Uncle Sam's

It was okay. On the plus side, friendly staff and the food is fine/reasonable value. No major complaints. But... the burger was pretty average and of a Burger King quality rather than something like a Five Guys. The pizza was basic. Low grade cheese and pretty standard cardboard base. It was also ready nearly 10 minutes earlier than requested so not piping hot when I collected it.
Cardiff Pizza Company do better pizzas.

Maybe not the most photogenic burgers but hellish good value for what you get, amazing taste and you can see why they've been operating for so many years. Will definitely be back (although glad we didn't get a meal or added chicken with our burgers!). Very satisfied pair, usually big eaters 🤣

There's hardly any topping on their pizzas , I ordered and paid £24 , overpriced , I can get better pizzas from island frozen section

It's a great place for burgers without a doubt, but I have 1 small problem and that is the chips were way too salty... They're nice and crispy but the amount of salt ruined the meal to be honest!

PLEASE don't salt too much or have a option when ordering whether to have the chips salted/not salted. Thanks :)

Normally very good unfortunately onthis occasion had requested 2 x double cheeseburger meals to find on arriving home that they had only given 2 single burgers.

It has really great burgers and it has a great charcoal taste. My friends from Manchester, Liverpool and Germany were in Cardiff for a few days and they all have fond memories of these burgers as well as the pizza.

Absolutely the worse meal ever! We actually gave the fried chicken to the dogs as it was so hard and extremely dry. When I bit into the burger I thought my filings had come out. On examination however, noted what appears to be three black stones, which were very hard and sharp(easily for a child to chock on)photos taken by myself and the man who delivered another burger, the ?stones will be kept). I'm still waiting for the manager/owner to ring me back, not sure if that is ever going to happen but one thing is for sure... we won't be buying food there again. Hope you enjoy your meal as we definitely didn't!!☹🤨🤔😡😡😡

Ordered a large order through Foodhub to collect (too far out for delivery) when we got there the order hadn't arrived from Foodhub, food was freshly prepared in 20 minutes (family of 7)all spot on, owner was amazing and super apologetic, got half way home and had a call apologising that some of our order was still there, they did offer to deliver but we are outside of their delivery area so we went back. Very apologetic and gave us some free bits (which he didn't have to as he bent over backwards to get our order sorted) we all thoroughly enjoyed our fresh burgers, fries and pizzas, my hubby and I are looking forward to a slice of cake with a cuppa later! Thank you guys! If you haven't tried Uncle Sam's definitely give it a go, we'll worth the money
