You always know what you are getting with TGI's and this is no different. Fantastic food and drink with very friendly service. The staff are great and more than happy to accommodate families. The little patch of artificial grass outside makes it a great place to come and eat with the kids as they can play whilst waiting for food.
Will be visiting again, thank you

Tgi's is not what it used to be like. Very overpriced. Food portions are nothing like they used to be. Burgers were cold. Caesar salads were soggy lettuce with no croutons as advertised. Had to keep asking for fresh cutlery as food being served with no cutlery. Absolutely shocking to be honest and we all agreed tgi's has gone down hill and will never go back.

We drove 3 hours today and chose TGI Fridays for our lunch, we were extremely disappointed. The food was actually inedible. I choose two starters instead of a main chicken taco and a beef stuffed potato dish, the taco neither of us could eat, there was next to no beef in the other, could of just been advertised as a potato. My partners main was bland completely lacked any taste, his salad was just a lump of lettuce with a splatering of mayo in the middle. The sweet potato fried were bordering on soggy. The two stars are for the chicken nuggets on our some meal, unfortunately the broccli was also cold. The waitress was lovely though and offered us something else but due to time restraints we couldn't wait for new meals to come. Disappointed was an understatement

First time at TGI's. The food was great, really tasty and massive portion. I had sesame chicken strips and can recommend them. The waitress was great, very friendly and helpful. Decor was good, table was clean. Overall had a nice time and would happily go back 🙂

First time visiting on Tuesday, orders taken and drinks arrived quickly - sat for a further 40 mins when the server came over and told us she had forgotten to give the kitchen our order and had also lost the ticket.
They agreed to wave the cost of drinks but didn't actually say they would retake our food order, so we just said we would leave then...
Disappointing first and probably last visit

Really nice staff. We had to wait 30 minutes for a table, which is good for this time of year considering we just walked in because another restaurant let us down. Food was really good.

I don't usually leave a review for a restaurant after ordering through a delivery app but this time I decided to leave one because what they sent me was so inexcusably poor. I ordered the Jack Daniel's sesame chicken strips with fries (£15) and a portion of onion rings, plus a barbecue sauce that I paid extra for. The chicken strips were mediocre and what really made me angry is that they had at most a teaspoon of Jack Daniel's sauce dribbled over them! So little that you couldn't even taste it. To add insult to injury, they didn't pack the barbecue sauce. It's ridiculous to have paid premium prices for such substandard food, I could have ordered from any local fried chicken outlet and it probably would have been twice as good not to mention a whole lot cheaper.
