The best part about the meal, was how quick we were seated.
It took the waiter 20 minutes to decide to take our over, and another 50 minutes to bring our food.
Whilst waiting for the food, they served us our drinks, twice, to the wrong person each time, having to identify ourselves they were wrong to swap them over. And then they delivered the wrong drink altogether.
After the 50 minute wait, at 30 minutes we asked for an update, the lady walking around with a cast on her arm practically doing nothing, went half way down the stairs, and came back up and sent someone else to find out, to which no one came back with any answers.
Food finally arrives, hurrayyyyyyyy! The ultimate ribs, were more cold than warm, the side of coleslaw looked like 90% of it was missing and the “pot of sauce” was practically empty. Corn on the cob was dry and tasteless.
Shocker, the upgraded fries were normal and not upgraded. Advise they should be garlic fries and to my surprise they were quick to come, but the replacement pot of sauce for the ribs never showed up.
Finally asked for the bill, and 10 minutes in, the waiter with the cast on her arm comes back asking if we have had it, which is who we asked to give it to us. So clearly not.
We ordered sour cream as a side, and got given what can only be described as warm cream
Fridays use to be an all time favourite for quick dining, with good food. Shame it’s completely lost its sense of fun dining.
If we had made plans for that evening I would be livid. Definitely wont be returning. Such a shame because i really do love the food here but its not worth wasting an entire evening.
Word or warning, if you have the Gluten Free burger maybe ask for it without the Bun, it's rock-hard.
The attitude from the staff once we asked if they had a table for us should have been enough for us to turn round and not bother but we gave her the benefit fit of the doubt and all I can say is that the experience didn't get any better then that.
The food was okay, but you’d expect some level of decent customer service from a relatively large food chain, with brand standards!
