A fascinating place inside and outside! They do Xmas Tree displays/festivals every year sometime at the behinning of December, which lasts for a few days. You must go and see it. It was a lovely atmosphere there, when me and my friend went to look at trees. It will put you in a festive mood for sure. There was a Xmas pop up cafe inside, too. Everything was lovely and homecooked.A nice treat!

Beautiful building. So much effort in the beautiful high anglican liturgy. I have visited on several occasions and been completely ignored by the other congregation and the clergy. There are only a couple of dozen people in the congregation and nearly all of those are over 60 years old. What ashame. Such a waste of resources

I had a long day today and was quite tired. I came to my hotel room at about 7pm. Worried that if I fall asleep I would mess up my sleep schedule. As if my prayers were answered the church decided to keep ringing the bell since 7pm (It is 8:41pm now) so that I can keep awake and sleep at the proper time. Hallelujah.

Went to light candle for the Queen in deepest respect following her passing. Also signed condolences book. Had a coffee after the lovely memorial service.

A lovely church in the centre of Ipswich, just off the pedestrian area. If the choir are singing, don't miss them.

St Mary-le-Tower is a beautiful church. I went along to the Trees @ the Tower (1st-8th Dec 2021). A free event which is a festival of trees decorated by local groups and businesses. It is a wonderful festival. There is a cafe in the church, with homemade cake etc and kids activities.
