Warmest welcome from a Church that I've ever had, lovely people 👍

A building created to sing in. Now with a very contemporary worship style. Check it out.

Went to the Church to do a Plumbing repair. I was greeted with a smile & a hot coffee.
Can't fault that.

First time at St Matts.
I enjoyed the music, well presented words and communion.
Sadly however I was disappointed for 2 main reasons.
Firstly, the talk did not focus upon Jesus, the woman speaking spent too much of the time talking about herself and almost no time focused upon the gospel. The content of her talk contained little to no doctrine and had a strong element of cultural Marxism.
Secondly, at the end of the service I was chatting to a student at the church when a member of the PCC came over and started talking to her and completely ignored me. I found this very rude, it doesn’t take much to acknowledge someone’s conversation which is already taking place.
I wouldn’t recommend this church if you value Bible teaching, but the coffee is good.

The best toddler group. So friendly and happy. I love that grandparents are made so welcome.

I went to their Carol service last Sunday. Very friendly and welcoming. Atmospheric & energising. Mixed congregation but predominantly young University students. The church was full. People encouraged to wear face masks.
