I already thought they were great during check ups for our kitten Link but he recently ate some Lily flower and had to spend seven days in the hospital and everybody was absolutely incredible. They were available 24 hours a day, kept me clearly updated, answered all my questions and let me visit whenever I wanted. They worked all through Xmas and were amazing. Not only did they give Link perfect care and love, they saved his life! Thank you to everyone x

All the staff at the London animal hospital are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately we had to have our kitten to put to sleep, and they went above and beyond ensuring we knew the risks of trying to treat him and what we could expect. They allowed me to take my time and say goodbye properly, and I know for a fact he was given so much love by everyone there when he had to go.
The vets and the veterinary nurses I have seen are an absolute credit to this place. They checked in with us frequently afterwards, which was a lovely touch. They treated the situation with care and respect and I will always always use this veterinary practice.

They have also been brilliant with our other cat, and the fact they remember both yours and your pets name when you have to visit makes you feel incredibly welcome.

I love that they are open 24/7, and having made a late night trip, the level of care is always to the highest standard.

Thanks again, you guys are amazing!

Our dog had a major fit at 3.30am in the morning called this place and was asked to bring her in when we got her there she was not in a good way after a short time we was told our dog had not made it and sadly passed away ......... the staff were really understanding and compassionate with us.
With the covid pandemic it took us a while to get money together for our dogs ashes and urn as we was furloughed they kept the ashes and didn't even bother us with phone calls or letters like most vets do

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS YOUR FAMILY PETS LIFE YOU ARE RISKING. Took our dog in and advised £400 maximum and collect in the morning. The next morning they say £1100 and sorry if their was confusion but the costs are the costs there is nothing we can do. We then take our dog home and she is fine for a few days and then back sickness so I call back and get told we advise you to bring her in again and based on your last visit we advise etc. I then questioned “why am I only getting advice when I call you? What about if I hadn’t called you? Would you have called me?” I was then told sorry if there was confusion we don’t do follow up calls etc. I was told to email in as the vets are all busy and this is the best route to get advice. I then get an email saying “we cannot give medical advice” I call up and am told to admit my dog in to emergency again for them to look in to. ABSOLUTE JOKE. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE. There are 2 excellent vets in streatham that actually do their jobs. The camberwell vets are either charlatans or novices. Neither are the type of people I would want to put in charge of my dogs life.

I had to take my rabbit twice with GI Stasis and both times it was the weekend and late at night. Both times I was see. Straight away and my bunny being taken care of in such a wonderful way! Thank you!

Kind, caring and helpful! My 3 months old kitten got sick and was hospitalised for 3 days. These guys are the best - from the receptionist to the vet. They have special rooms for you to hang out with your pet, and don’t make you feel like you’re asking to many questions (even when I called several times a day to check on my kitten). I can’t thank them enough

Had to put 1 star because I couldn’t put 0, just spoke to someone very rude after I was waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes, the lady said they are emergency hospital but it looks like they only money maker and whatever happen after once you left is your problem obviously before you go they don’t care about anything and need to pay the bill in full, you can make the claim through the insurance but good luck when they want to get in touch with them to gather the informations.
They don’t pick phone call, emails and receptionist are very rude, they also state they have huge amount of claim to confirm and will take up to 2-3 weeks. This is just an advise if you are so busy please take someone else onboard to get the paperwork done.

In an extremely tough emergency situation, the whole staff of the London Animal Hospital was compassionate, professional, and so kind. Will sat with us to answer our questions, and everyone we spoke with was equally well informed. Our cat ultimately passed away at the hospital, and I feel some peace knowing that he was well loved while he was there and given expert care.
