We had a wonderful experience with LVS. Our cat Cleo was diagnosed with two cancers and underwent complex surgery with Janet as her surgeon and Richard as her oncologist.

The team are brilliant, everyone we encountered were so caring and supportive. The reception team can’t do enough to help, sending documents and information instantly and are always on the phone to help with any queries.

The vets and vet nurses are not only top of their field but compassionate, dedicated and happy to give as much information and time to each pet and their clearly worried owner.

We can’t thank them enough for doing so much for Cleo.

As soon as my regular vet identified the need for my cat to have an operation on his bladder, he was referred very quickly to LVS. Their service was very swift. He had his operation quickly and the service was wonderful. I received calls twice a day to update me and they explained what they had found in his bladder (stones) and how they removed them. All the staff are extremely warm and reassuring. They also called after he came home to check how he was going and asked to see photos of the surgery site. They're very diligent and genuinely care. Should any of my 3 cats need surgery again, I wouldn't hesitate to send them to LVS

I had the heart-breaking news that my Beautiful Dog has a serious illness. Initially, I brought him in because he was showing concerning symptoms. After an overnight stay, I was contacted immediately the next day, provided a full and clear explanation of the health concerns and medicals options that were available. The action the Vets took were swift, concise, and saved my Dog’s life. My Dog stayed for a total of three days, and three nights, which was horrendous for myself and my family. However, I had complete and total faith in the professionals at London Vets Specialist.

My Dog is now having ongoing care and I could not be happier and more grateful for the care my Dog, myfamily and I have received. When I say, that I have never encountered a veternarian practice that has provided such outanding care, I sincerely mean it. All staff members from the Administrators, Veterniarian nurses and Vets themselves, work together to successfully provide the fantastic kind of care that my Dog has received. Nothing is too much trouble for them, from chasing up Insurance claims, arranging visits with my local vets and returning all communication.

If I have ever had an issue or concern, I always feel free and able to speak to one of the fantastic veterniarian team and all questions and queries are answered in the shortest turn around time. If they say will call back, they will.

My Dog means the world to me, yet I always feel happy and reassured to leave him in the very safe, loving and most caring professionals I have ever met. They treat my Dog so well and are so, so devoted to providing him the best class of care. I have never left feeling concerned, upset and have had many questions and concerns about his condition. My questions have been answered without hesitation and I always know that someone is these to provide help and guide me, even if it is just over the phone.

All staff at the London Vets Specialist are ultimately the best animal healthcare professionals I have ever come across. They provide so much more than healthcare to our pets; they genuinely care about the welfare of our pets and the welfare their human families.

Words will never be able to express my gratitude for their care and they never cease to amaze me. To put it quite simply, they are the best!

Very professional hospital with incredible service. Hannah was very caring, attentive and detailed in her care of our cat. From the pre-op medical history, to explaining in detail what to expect during the op to potential outcomes, she made sure everything was well understood. We received regular updates throughout the day and post care follow ups to share diagnostic results. The practice was invaluable in diagnosing the problems our cat was experiencing.

Our cat Luna was displaying distressing gulping and gagging behaviour. The lovely Laura Bree treated her and, after a CT scan and endoscopy she discovered a very long blade of grass to be the issue which had entered the right lung. She promptly removed it and Luna was kept in for the next couple of nights to be observed and have her medication dispensed before being released as happy as Larry and as though nothing had occurred! Throughout Laura was a dream keeping in constant contact, sending pictures and reports and being generally caring and supportive. I cannot recommend her enough. This place is amazing. They are really caring and make what is a stressful and emotional time with your poorly dog easy. Janet and Matjea were brilliant and we and our dog felt well looked after. Of course they are specialists and fantastic at what they do. We were flying our dogs overseas and they pulled all the stops out with quality and speedy care to enable our frenchie to fly and be with us. Our dog was actually happy to see them check ups! Brilliant team.

We have received a very professional Heath care for our beloved golden retriever. The vets we have seen are nice and very knowledgable. Everything were well explained to us clearly for the issue of our dog. This is a top class animals clinic in London.

Everything about this practice, and I do mean Everything is just exceptional.

The moment you walk through the door you are greeted by front desk staff who know exactly who you are without you having to tell them. The clinical team are masters in their field and the thorough detail they go into is beyond impressive.

My dog Watson, while growing a little wary of going to the vets now, couldn't be in better hands.

There's a reason I refer to the specialist Philippo as Jesus - he truly is a miracle worker who's knowledge, experience and care means that Watson receives the best care he possibly can.

Our furry friends are more than just pets, they are an extension of our family and while the costs incurred here can be steep, LVS are absolutely worth every penny.
