Absolutely fantastic service! Had a few problems when I first moved here and went to edwards for help! Incredibly friendly, helpful and kind!! Always have a solution at a very very fair price. Cannot recommend enough! Can’t help but feeling negative reviews about this company are more about the reviewers issues than anything to do with the company! Always look forward to dealing with edwards!

Amazing service. I was recommended to use Edwards by various family members who have used him for years. My washing machine appeared to have a fault with the program settings. Was stuck on a hot wash. You tube and Beko was adamant it was a software issue and we tried the diagnostic test on the video. This did not work. I called Edwards the next morning and whilst they were very busy, they called out the next day and thought it could be a program selection switch problem but wasn’t sure until he tested it. He took it away incase it wasn’t so he had it there and it made sense as we would have had to take more time off work and book additional call out times. Turned out to be something completely different, the door lock had failed. My fault for overfilling!! But as he had the machine, he had already changed the part and delivered it back within 24 hours. Also gave us the replaced part back to show what had gone wrong and all for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend

Highly recommend these! Reported a faulty tumble dryer in the morning, an engineer came out that same day, and it was returned in a working condition the next day. Overall turnaround of 24 hours so really really happy! Really friendly too and very reasonable prices :) It's always great to support a local business so I was happy to choose Edwards Kitchens and will do so in the future without hesitation (although hopefully I won't need to - could do without broken appliances!). Great service :)

Excellent service. My tumble dryer stopped working just before Christmas. Called shop late afternoon. They called me back following morning and said they were on their way.took dryer away and brought it back fixed the same day.

A brilliant service. An immediate positive response to my problem, quickly diagnosed and my oven was working again in less than an hour of the engineer arriving. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others. It’s also great to be able to depend on local firms.

honestly the BEST customer service i have ever experienced. friendly and extremely helpful. my cooker had shut down, i rang up for help and they switched it the same day to an even better cooker. i cannot express how amazing this company is. — made my week! so happy.

Excellent Service. I had a problem with a tumble dryer, They picked it up the same day and returned it in perfect working order one day later. Really prompt and professional service and very reasonably priced.

This is a prime example why we should shop local. Excellent, polite, professional and punctual service and more value for money than the high street shops! I would never use anywhere else after this experience. Highly recommended.
