Sure they offer you a competitive price but when you book a day off work don't expect them to turn up. I've booked two days off work so far and still do not have the carpet I paid for in full over a year ago. Tapi also lie about the after sales care, you do not get a phone call the night before notifying you of the appointment time. Tapi are also selective on whether they offer weekend fittings to customers I'm not sure what qualifies you to gain this luxury service..

The complaints procedure isn't worth your time they'll put you in contact with the branch manager you're complaining about who cannot offer any form of resolution or apology.

The original sales manager Philip Brown and the Home consultant Mark were excellent its a shame the rest of the company lets them down. Overall its cheap carpet but its really not worth the hassle go somewhere a bit more professional and pay a little extra you'll appreciate it in the long run.

I recently bought a house and before visiting Tapi, I knew absolutely nothing about carpets! I was served by Nick who was happy to answer my questions, knew his stuff and got me sorted out with the perfect carpet for what I had in mind. The fitting was straightforward and looks great.

Wasted 2 weeks of my time.
Promised a fitting date, so I organised everything around that… then a week later they told me they didn’t have it in stock and that the carpet wouldn’t arrive in time. As soon as I mentioned “refund”, suddenly they might get it in time, and strung me along for another week of false promises. All the while eating into time I could have re-arranged elsewhere. They couldn’t actually guarantee it arriving in time to be fitted on the promised date after all, and I simply lost faith in them.
Never again. Do yourself a favour and cut out this disorganised “middle man” company and do it yourself for half the cost price.

Awful experience. It's a shame because when we placed our order everything seemed great, but it's fallen apart since then. At every juncture they've got it wrong. I can't even be bothered to go into detail, I'm done with this company.
