Ordered a Bosch series 4 washer from theappliancestore, after seeing good reviews.Received it after a short delay with delivery company which was sorted out very satisfactorily by Nick.
Washer arrived well packaged and immaculate. Great price, good customer service and highly recommended, thanks again Nick.

Placed an order through Amazon on the 20th of March to be told on the delivery day that it is delayed. So six days to sort it out and still it’s delayed. I won’t be buying from this company in the future

Ordered a washing machine via Amazon. Two days later at 8am the machine arrived. The two delivering it took the old built-in machine out, installed and tested the new one. Left the whole area clean and tidy. From beginning to end a seemless experience.

It’s absolute mess!
I bought a fridge freezer from Amazon using this store , Showing next day delivery but waited 15 days and I decided to get a refund but the operator refused to issue the refund.

Never buy from this store again

Good service. Not open Saturdays though, despite website saying they are - could do with updating opening times to save customers wasted journeys.

Unfortunately we are unable to give a minus rating. My wife ordered an oven and waited over three months for delivery only to be told it was entirely the wrong colour. We then went to the store having given them time to reorder only to find out nothing had been done. My wife then told the staff member who was dealing with the order it had taken her no more than ten minutes to find a replacement that was due for delivery in seven to ten days. She was then told by this person in a very sarcastic manner “good luck with that”. I am delighted to say that what took the appipliance store over three months to get the wrong item has taken the new supplier Donaghy Bros THREE DAYS to deliver the oven and it’s exactly what we wanted in the first place.

Ordered a whirlpool tumble dryer Monday 4th 0ct 2021, paid £36 for next day delivery. The following day, the 5th of Oct I called to advice the product hadn't arrived. I was told a credit for the next day delivery would be credited back to my account and that the appliance would definitely be delivered Oct 6th.yet again a no show. I've phoned the company a least 20 times, but no answer, emailed them but no response. They've taken nearly £1000 pounds from my account. I can't get any responce. Please can anyone help. So worried.
