Only gave a star because i had to so i could write a review..... Says it all really doesn't it...... Well for a start this guy is the rudest person i have ever met and i have met some people working in retail and in the motor trade. Me and my partner moved into our new house and were looking for a cooker for now to get us by, when we got the cooker plugged in by a fully qualified electrician which the owner, shop guy, manager well he was apparently the whole bloody work force by the sounds of it tried telling us he wasn't qualified, there was a electrical fault which made the cooker dangerous to use. When i told the guy the cooker was faulty and told him the diagnosis he basically called me a liar, he insisted after me telling him i didn't want him in my house that he wanted to come round and disconnect the earth which even i know not being an electrician but having some common sense this is highly dangerous and could risk lives! After quite rightly wanting money back he refused to even take the cooker back, we have now got a new cooker that is not going to cause us harm. This company is the worse i have ever dealt with! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Forgot to mention i have still not got my money and i will be pursuing this i hope people read this and are warned before getting scammed like we did and everyone i speak tells me the same thing this guy is a fraud!

I was buy fridge freezer and his give 1 months guarantee, but this fridge broken after 3 weeks and 2 days.I am full time employer and can't take off when I wanted.I get off after week and go speak with shop owner about broken fridge,His was said 4 weeks already gone and guarantee not accepted anymore. But since I buy from him gone just 1 months and 3 days.Anyway way give only 1 months guarantee if anyone shop or charity give 3 months any second hand electrical items

At first he was a loverly genuine person who I thought was well mannered. I brought an electric cooker which he had said to me was only 2 weeks old. I brought it for a friend who just moved out and moved into a new place. It turned out that there was something more wrong with it then what he said. Was only when my brother who’s an electrician said that there was something wrong with the temperature thing. I tried to call the guy back who had told us that it was because we didn’t set a clock. I’m not being silly but this cooker didn’t have a clock. I spent hours trying to contact him. I ended up going back in the shop and I was demanding my money back. Bare in mind that the shop owner said he needed to talk to his manager. I had a receipt. He was so rude but he offered to give us another one. So far seems to be working. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.
